    Pros +

    • Location was great, u can even walk up to visitor center in Zion, near bus shuttle, we didn't need to use our car at all, pastery shop, grocery and main street is walking distance, we did grocery from sol and coffee and pie from bumblebeerry.
    • Close to restaurants, Zion's National Park, room was adequate in size and had been updated with paint, granite counters, flooring etc. The bed was comfortable.
    • Location is excellent

    Cons -

    • The listing was completely inaccurate. I booked and paid for a king spa room. I was given one without the tub. There was no breakfast. Rarely coffee. The coffee pot in the rom tk 35 minutes to brew 4 cups. Wifi was spotty.
    • It's old lodge, but clean, some of the bed skirts and mattres covers had hole on it but clean, the inside furniture are wooden feel like cabins, good u feel u are really on vacation.
    • disappointed w/breakfast, yogurt, granola topping, apple, would have liked juice or hot cocoa options. Heater/ac was very loud, came on often, gap under door let in cold&bugs. found 2 dead/1 live roach, tiny parking spots, squeaky bed frame, dirty floor.

    Location is excellent

No staff on site after 3pm, and phone number provided in the communication is the number of the office. You can noy get anyone on that number

The location was good to catch the shuttle to the park shuttle, or just one mile to walk there. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was much older than it looked in the pictures. Needs some updating. The office was very musty smelling.

Room was wonderfully decorated! staff was awesome!

Owners are brand new and working on things that need to be fixed. Give them some time!

    Location was convenient.

Hotel was not operational. Ice machine was not operational. Whole property quite run down. No after hours emergency phone number or staff available (key card did not work and could not access room first night).

The closeness to Zion National Park

The a.c. didn't work properly. There was a roach in the bathroom.

    3MatthewPosted on: 10-18-2024

    Location. Right next to Zion.

I used the provided coffee pot in the room. Upon using it, it was immediately apparent that something was very wrong, I became very sick, requiring multiple doctor visits with abdominal pain and vomiting/nausea. I would avoid this hotel as it was unclean.

In theory the idea of the lodge is great.

The staff wasn?t very accommodating. The room i booked wasn?t available and there was nothing done about that. There were cockroaches, the key didn?t work at first. Then I got locked out and had to climb through a window because the lobby was closed.

It was quaint and comfortable even though the room just barely fit the two queen beds.

    The tub drained extremely slowly.

Location, location. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, free breakfast with coffee, teas always available

    Tub had some chip marks

Our room had bedbugs and we moved to another hotel.

Most of the staff was friendly. The girl was specifically very kind. Location was fantastic.

Small rooms, mold on shower walls. There was hair still in the shower. Av and window taped together and had a sign not to turn it below 70. Not sure it worked bc it was hot the whole night. Floors were dirty. Paid WAY too much for this motel vibe.
