Dirty room and smell horrible

The staff was very polite and helpful.

There was a smell that I cannot explain that was not comfortable. The first night the toilet did not flush completely each time. and the toilet seat was wet when we first entered the room.

Service was good, friendly staff

They offered me a non-smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the carpet and burn marks on the bed, and the drain cover in the bathtub was missing.

Room had water dripping through a light fixture coming from the room above it and there was a family of 5 always in the lobby or kitchen area using for free what I had to pay to use.

The smell / no refrigerator 1 pillow 1 towels no soap nothing it's was discussion won't never be back

Absolutely nothing.

Dirty room. Police pulling over anyone leaving at night. Unbelievably loud group of people on my floor shouting and partying in the hallway. Slamming doors all night so hard walls shook throughout the night until after the sun rose. Terrifying .

The access badge to the door was very unique to ensure safety and some of the amenities. Price reasonable but you pay for the outcome.

The rooms have no smoking, but there were burnt cigarette holes in the bedspread, and stains on the upholstery furniture.

I MET NICE PEOPLE THAT WERE STAYING AT THE HOTEL

THE CLERK ASHLEY WAS MEAN, HATEFUL, PREJUDICE AND STOLE MY SPEAKER THAT I USE TO MINISTER TO THE HOMELESS WITH. SHE ALSO FORCED ME TO PAY MONEY THAT I DIDN'T OWE AND THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME FOR NO REASON.

The Staff Front desk were some pleasant people

The un cleanliness the mattress was horrible I've never slept on a jail bed but gave me those vibes made a weird noise as if something was stuck... Pillows were to be thrown out immediately! The lil fridge barely work honestly the whole needs to be thrown

Gave me a hard time about service dog. Humiliated me in front of other customers made me discuss my disability aloud in front of customers

Nothing rude staff dirty rooms or no lights etc

No I was rudely treated me and my daughter and staff are rude and aggressive .

Very dirty floors. Dirty bed sheets.not very good coffee

Long periods of hot water in the shower.

Some of the staff had a smart mouth and a attitude problem. I was woke up by a housekeeper telling me that I needed to pack up and leave or pay for another day on Wednesday morning, when I had paid for the room until Saturday. He was rude.

The sink in the bathroom had a bad leak. Something was left in the refrigerator. A lighter and cigar was left on the table of a non smoking room. And the room didn't smell fresh

Tenants were up all night long yelling and screaming in the parking lot up-and-down the hallways there were bed bugs that we got attacked and bitten by woke up by in the middle of the night left from there

This place was horrible the location was the only thing that worked in my favor. I’m so glad that I had my own bedding and cleaning supplies. There really should be some type of inspections done on hotels. The ceiling was was damaged over the shower.

The owners were nice

The first one I checked in had a roach run across the bed so I went back to the desk. They gave me a second room the door was jammed so then I ended up with a third room. When I woke up to leave a big roach was crawling in the shower. Lobby was 100 degree
