The TV wasn’t working I went to the front desk to complain I was told they will notify someone of the problem it never was fixed so I was looking at the 4 walls until It was time checkout

The sink is out in the open area, where the bed is. It would be better if it was enclose where the toilet is. No privacy with the sink in the open where there were other people in the room.

I had to go downstairs to get a comforter for the second bed in the room and extra towels for my son to shower.

Price was reasonable, clean and quiet.

No airport shuttle.

The staff did the best they could to accommodate my family and resolve any issues.

The rooms were filthy, smelly, and I saw a tiny bug in one of the bathrooms. Years ago, we stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained.

The towel bar in the bathroom is broken needs repairing you couldn¿t let the shade up in the room the front desk sent someone to fix the shade. All he could do is bring a clamp and pin it that didn¿t work it broke they wouldn¿t let me change rooms

Front desk clerk was very friendly

The room was dusty. They don't have an inexpensive bucket in the rooms. I requested one, only to get to the ice maker not working. I was missing a full set of towels. The bathroom shelves had a visible thick layer of dust.

The room was not clean, toilet backed up and they claim there was no more rooms to move me too. The staff was unprofessional eating at the desk while checking in customers. Handicap room on the 4th fl not safe at all.

Everything! Staff was polite and friendly. Food was hot ! Also had choices of food and options to close restaurants. Room was very clean and had plenty of space! Lots of parking !

Hampton Inn hotel at Camp Creek near the airport was no a Hilton experience. The poo was the only thing my son liked.

There was no room service the telephones in the rooms didn't work. There were no towels cleaned and when we asked for towels tge front desk person said There were no clean towels. The staff that worked there looked like they were living in the rooms.

Room wasn¿t that clean and in need of renovations. I have stayed here before some years ago and it has really gone down.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and sitting area.

The check in process was quick and they did not make up some incredible high deposit. The staff was nice for the most part.

Now, when you post that you have a pool, you should tell everyone when it is not operational. Alot of people choose certain hotels because of the pool. Disappointed the pool was not functional.

Called ¿Airport West¿ but no longer has airport shuttle. Shower head came off in my hand. Sticky film on desk surface. Very poor breakfast offering. In many ways this hotel has gone downhill since I last stayed. Never again.

Breakfast had good selection: Omelets, Canadian bacon, Vanilla Waffle, Blueberry Mini Waffle, Oatmeal with lots of extras toppings, lots of pastries, coffee, tea, and juices.

Bed comforter was dirty, phone & refrigerator door handle have not been cleaned in a while, outside toilet bowl had traces of blood, two towels had hairs, room had no view, curtain rod was broken, shower chair is a hazard.Few toiletries,one soap,no lotion
