Hyatt Place Atlanta Arpt North

Every person who worked at this hotel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. I appreciate the water and apples in the lobby too.

I liked the room amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), but it could have included lotion.

The room was clean and functional.

The room appeared dated and the usb outlets didn?t work. The room was facing the highway; we had to use earplugs.

Cleanliness, professional and kind customer service from front desk check-In staff.

No staff at night other than front desk. I needed pillows and she said she was the only person there. My husband had to get dressed and go downstairs for pillows. No water in room and phone not working. Only cable no streaming.

I was asked to leave the property and threatened with the police being called if we didn't go quietly.My oldest son sat down on the toilet and it broke. He fell to the floor. Upon trying to get a new room I was told I had to pay $--- now or leave.

No hand soap in bathroom No hot water in sink Smoke alarm battery chirping all night across the hall No telephone in room AC unit ran all night and wouldn¿t stop running

The hotel thing was great very clean. Great customer service. Im having an issue getting back my complete incidental fun

The price was good.

The room was very dated. We had to wait one hour for the airport shuttle.

The layout of the room was perfect (in fact, I made a video to help me furnish my studio apartment!) The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The GM gave away my room (and other rooms) due to flight issues. I called the front desk in the afternoon to let them know I would arrive very late. They said they would make a note & pre-checkin my room. At 11:30pm I had no room. I slept in my car¿

Everything above¿ I called for help and was told they would refund my money, but couldn¿t do anything else to assist or compensate for the poor experience. Terrible experience¿

Big and clean room

Staff was extremely unfriendly not even willing to say a whole sentence. Never had this unfriendly staff in my life before.

I arrived to check in and was told "No more room available" and they could not accommodate me. I provided the confirmation number and confirm itinerary but that did not help. This location has terrible and unprofessional customer service and inconsiderate

Ensure the hotels honors the bookings from your site. This is very bad business. And was a great inconvenience for me.

The only thing we could say we liked what how close it was to the event, other than that would not recommend.

Check in process unorganized. We booked & paid to have 2 beds, only got a king bed. Front desk forgot to take deposit and almost checked someone else in our room. Shower head was detached from the wall. Room not up to standard/cleanliness for Hyatt.

The staff was nice

Stayed at Hyatt several location in NY, Miami and San Diego which were all top service and very clean. The room in Atlanta was nowhere near close to that experience at other locations. The room itself could have been cleaner and deodorized.

I ordered room service that never came after 3.5 hours despite me calling several times. They should have just told me they couldn't do it so I could order food delivery
