Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport West

Staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Rooms nasty and dirty. Pillowcases sheets and walls were dirty. The room smelled like smoke. No mopped floors. Furniture outdated and dirty. People walking round all day and night. I hated this stay!

Staff was very friendly

Room was DEFINITELY not very clean. It could?ve just been our room, but there was long women?s hair all over the floor in our room. Before you got in bed you had to pull the hairs out from bt ur toes and off ur feet if you were barefoot. Kind nasty!!!

Friendly Staff

The air conditioning system did not work in the first room we were give. The second arrangement was even worse. Not only was the air mild, the toilet spring was broken, the water faucet splashed uncontrollably & the water from the shower head never heated

My friend and I reunited after 56 years.He resides in Macon and I live in Fulton Co. We found this Hotel to be our gathering spot.We meet at the Hotel and spend weekends together,every thing is in close proximity and extremely convenient.

It would be extremely helpful if we had a microwave in our room.We like popcorn when we watch movies in bed.

The staff and the location.

There was no remote for the Television in the room I went downstairs and the front took care of it.Trying to call the front desk was a challenge.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and was able to get our room.

The location is great since it is close to the freeway and a shopping center. The downside is this area is very busy and has heavy traffic.

The equipment in the GYM is old and broken. Also the GYM is very small and only can fit 4-5 ppl

Bistro Manager really made my stay comfortable. I was having not such a good day and he was able to make me feel at peace. Thank you

Room 429 didn¿t have any heat,,, be the staff was soo accommodating they were so professional, it was taken care of by the end of my stay. Thank you

The staff is friendly, doing the most they can to bring to the hotel to a satisfactory experience. The room could have been clearer but it was not dirty.

Robbers you don't wont to stay at Campcreek area 3400 creek pointe drive atl...dont rent this hotel ppl rob you the hotel knows its happening and they will accommodate you in anything dont stay at courtyard Marriott

The location was the best aspect of the hotel.

Though the hotel was near the airport, their advertised courtesy shuttle was not in service. Their pool was closed. Several items within the room were in need of repair (the toilet seat was loose, an outlet did not work, plastic covered the window, etc.).

I liked the location and beds.

Did not like all the construction going on and some kids on the third floor running around making a lot of noise at 12am. Had to call the front desk to report it!

Hotel employee was great at check-in.

It smelled like weed everywhere! The lobby and the halls reeked!

There's pillowed seating in the lounge area that has an individual TV which is a nice feature, however the pillows need cleaning and or updating. This and other common areas need care

The hotel's best attribute is the cleanly decorated lobby area and guest rooms. My absolute favorite thing about the hotel is small couch in the room. The couch made the room feel so quaint and comfortable.

The Starbucks in the lobby was closed and the bathroom floor had hair in the corner along with dirt in the shower. Otherwise, this was a nice room.

The location is great! Lots of retail establishments and restaurants - even a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A. Sometimes the entrance into the area off of the main road gets congested, but it is metro Atlanta so this is expected.

The rooms with even numbers face the interstate and are noisy. If you expect to have web meetings from your room, request an odd number room.

Staff was helpful

Horrible neighborhood. Worst crime rating in Georgia. My car was stolen from parking lot, No security cameras covering the lot. Marriott treated me without any caring about the situation. I would not recommend this hotel or Marriott. Stay away!!!!

Clean. Doesn't have amenities listed on website. No hotel shuttle to airport. Staff not present for over 10 minutes to check anyone in. No one answers phone without trying a half dozen times. Not quite up to Marriott standards.

Location

The hotel description included airport shuttle and it was not available for over a year. We booked it near the airport for this very reason and we were forced to hire a ride to and from the airport because of this. It¿s been a year change the description
