It's feel and location.
Location and charm
The room was comfortable especially the bed. The decor was fun and it's nice to have a pool. The location was great for wandering around downtown.

Cons -

Parking and no microwave
Never saw a person
It would have been nice to have the hottub heated.

Wonderful location, close to many things!! Easy in/out. Parking on site, in the back. Small house like property, not a hotel.

Could have used a bit more cleaning... No onsite staff, fyi. Smaller room and part of a house, fyi so front common area shared with others, a bit noisy.
