Small, family operated, nice pool and updates

Great location right across from the beach. Room was clean, renovated, and came with a full kitchenette. Pool area was spacious with loungers and palm trees. Staff were friendly and attentive from booking to check-out. Free beach chairs and umbrellas

Amazing staff! Made us feel very welcomed. Our room was clean and beautiful. The hotel was across from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. Most within walking distance but you can use the city trolleys too. Definitely coming back!

Everything was great meet our expectations. Location very convenient. Good places to eat near beach. Rooms large with extra furniture . Kitchen small but convenient. Room very clean. Building not new but very well kept. Peoples who work there wonderful.

Everything was great. Our air conditioner in our room suddenly stop working but this situation was handled quickly by adding floor air conditioner. So everything was great. Thank you

Great staff and lovely, comfortable accommodations. Beautiful pool area. Mostly it was across the street from the beach! A real deal at the price.

If you can't do stairs, you need to request first floor as no elevator to upper level.

The hotel resort is so nice and unique. Our room was remodeled and had a vintage modern look. The room was sparkling clean. The pool was also clean. The owner and front desk staff are so kind and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Excellent value. Room was pristine and quite large. Staff couldn't have been more friendly. One-minute walk to the sand. Great example of a small resort hotel that doesn't inflate it's rate with unnecessary fees

Friendly staff, new rooms. Soundproof exciting people above us but it wasn’t too bad. I think they were jumping on the bed or something. It was a great value and KC’ sunshine grill next door was awesome!

Great place to stay close to the beach and many good resturants great staff from the front desk to housekeep all great people will stay here again and will tell all my friends and family about this place and it was good on the pocketbook too

Retro 70's decor. I read on their blog that they were refurbishing the rooms. Unfortunately this wasn't one of them. The staff was very nice, everything was clean, and it's in an excellent location.

The hotel lobby only had a single serve Kuerig coffee maker. The pods of coffee that they leave in the room are awful. The Kuerig makes a decent cup, but you had to wait in line for a single cup of coffee.

Spacious rooms and a charming, uncorporate atmosphere.

We had no complaints. The removal of the giant, charmless structures blocking the view of the ocean across the street would have been nice, but alas, undoable.

Such a nice staff!. Right across the street from the beach and a cute tropical pool area. Walking distance to the beach bars and dining. Comfortable room with a full kitchen. Quiet at night.

It's an older hotel with a few wrinkles, but the plusses make that easy to overlook.
