- The food was pretty bad
- We kind if expected sink toiletries such as face and hand soap. The only soaps were in the shower dispensers.
- The morning breakfast staff is totally unprofessional. I heard one of the main ladies telling other staff in the kitchen how much she hates the breakfast customers. I witnessed her going around trying to take people's plates who were still eating and rightfully wanted to finish their food. This made her angry and she stormed into the itched in a tirade. She routinely slammed the dishes around on top of the counter and underneath making excessive noise, took the food away early and was totally unfriendly. I would've expected to be fired for being so unprofessional in front of and to customers. I loved staying here except for the drama ensuing every morning's super rush to take away the food. I'd much rather stay somewhere else where they at least leave the food until at least 5 after closing time as other places I've stayed certainly do. To make my point, I had an English Muffin in the toaster that I was coming for and instead of letting me have it, the staff snatched it out of the toaster and threw it in her bus-tub as I was coming to get it a minute late.

We loved the great location, the cleanliness of the property and room, and the included breakfast and happy hour foods. Loved the evening happy hour staff.
