Location and good breakfast.
Near highway and close to business area. The breakfast was great.
The room size was awesome and the staff was so helpful!

Cons -

Pet fee $150 is pretty high and out of our expectation when the others just charge $50.
Everything was great!
The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. There was only about a foot between the foot of the bed and the wall.

The hospitality. My car broke down, so I had to stay the night. The front desk gentleman was so helpful, & recommended mechanics in the area. Great Location! This hotel is within walking distance to just about everything you need. The beds are comfy.
