Pros +

  • The room layout and the fake it includes a kitchen.
  • Front desk employee went out of his way to make sure that the room was in order
  • The layout of the rooms, the tile entry, having a kitchen. Mostly clean lobby, rooms, elevator, hallways. Friendly staff, PLUS to the fact that they all are able to speak English and comprehend it. Breakfast was ok.

Cons -

  • Laundry rooms on all floor washers were dirty, laundry room itself smelled. Hokey team kids that occupied 70% of the hotel were extremely noisy, playing ball in the hallways late at night unsupervised, running around bamming and shaking room doors.
  • The Small fridge that barely keeps your items cold. Rooms need microwaves.
  • Yeah i was charged 2 times for my stay! Unacceptable!
