- Well, when we first arrived, we opened the door came in so paying for our room and my friend went out to get the license plate number and a rat ran out of the building. We paid for a room. We went to our room and we met some people outside and they said they were leaving cause there was bugs in their room. We went back to our room, picked up the mattress and saw bugs in the bed. We came back to the office, get our money back the young man there said he couldn’t make a copy or a receipt for us so we made him sign a form saying that it will be completely refundable as we weren’t even in the room five minutes I called my credit card and they said it was pending still, I have not Received The full refund. Very, very disappointed and disgusted with your place when I called him back again I said it didn’t go through the refund process yet and he said oh and by the way, there were no bedbugs. I don’t think he knew what he was looking for, but we saw them they were jumping.!

The staff was friendly and helpful.
My room had a severe ant infestation. The WiFi wasn’t working. The desk manager rebooted it and it worked briefly but quit again. House phone was broken and no answer at the front desk to report these issues.
