Sea View Hotel

Very nice and clean.

Felt like the bed sheets were wet. :( but the bed was comfy!

The room was very large. Our partial view was excellent from our balcony. The service and staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the Floridian style of the hotel.

It was older and could use some maintenance on smaller items.

The daily RESORT charge a rip off, I was there on buisbess, chargig for pool chairs when not using a rip off

Hotel had a nice pool and beach location. Room was nice. Some of the staff was very helpful.

It seemed like I was being nickeled and dimed for everything. $20/night for uncovered parking, $1.50 to substitute an English Muffin for toast. Food onsite very overpriced.

Hotel was very clean, staff very helpful, plenty of parking, breakfast buffet was fresh, mattress was great, decor was wonderful and the room was very spacious.

The restaurants service very slow and expensive. Automatic 18 % gratuity for slow service ? They could be offering drinks by the pool or water bottles. Free breakfast or coffee could have been offered.

Stayed at a European resort without the resort price! Staff extremely attentive and friendly. Will stay here again!

Hotel is on the beach with a big pool also. Cabana service was excellent, setting up lounge chairs with towels as soon as you arrived, either on the beach or poolside. They upgraded us to a room with a terrace and ocean view. Free high speed internet.

They insisted on our (underage) children signing that they will be responsible for all charges. They charge $20.00 per day per car for parking and an additional mandatory "resort fee" of $20.00.

Location was convenient and the pool area was decent. Pool staff was pleasant.

The check-in process was awful, the valet damaged my rental car, the pool cabanas are in desperate need of a "spruce up", the stairwells are disgusting, the walkway out to the pool area is horrid and creepy and the bathroom needs painting

The location. Right on the beach, had the ocean view. Looked clean but a little dated.

The rooms looked NOTHING like on the pictures. The room was mostly plain white, no colors, and I felt that my money was stolen. Staff was kind of rude, and she was a supervisor! Would not stay here again. Did not have the amenities to back up its 3 stars.

The hotel was charming. It was beautifully appointed with a friendly staff and a wonderful pool and beach. We were close enough to the Bal Harbor shops to walk which we did and enjoyed. Our family ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel it was perfect.

Not enough action by the beach, we checked out after one night and went to Key West for three nights and four days

The staff are the loveliest people you will ever meet, and the hotel is a classic.
