Beach Haus Bal Harbour

Location - Bal Harbour is quiet and lovely!

Premium features missing - soaps and toiletries were lacking for the luxury status of the hotel. Bed & Linens were uncomfortable.

Clean and nice location

No cleaning of the rooms and they only give you two coffee pods and that is it. I thought that was tacky to hold hostage coffee pods. I think the shampoo and conditioner at Vicky gave us daily cost more than the pods perhaps consider only giving one set of toilet trees and maybe refilling coffee pods every day.

Pictures did not match those online, the location was good however.

The building was noisy. There were motors and noises coming from ceiling and walls, and the cooling unit

Amazing location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Nice bathroom and shower.

We had a squeaky bed that would make noise at the slightest move...not fun when you have a child on it.

Quite surroundings

Front desk personal weren’t pleasant and the superviser in charge was very angry and unpleasant. It’s not very welcoming going on vacation and having an unpleasant experience.

Property is ok but they charged $500 deposit fees and I should wait 4-5 business days to get back my money! Also asked for late check out, instead of 11 am asked 12 or 1.00 pm so they wanted to charge $50!!!! The building is almost empty and its overpriced already! Not sure that this management has any cortesy

The property was very quiet and clean. Friendly and courteous staff, and the unit my husband and I stayed in was extraordinary. .

We didn't know it was away from the main attractions in Miami.

Horrible

I couldn’t stay there, then I was locked out of the apartment when I tried to get my luggage to go to a more suitable, CLEAN place. The reception closes at 5pm , and we tried calling so someone could open the door for us to get our things, no one helped us. I am trying to get my money back, but still no answer…

The location was good for an event we attended.

The first night we could not sleep because of an extremely loud banging sound coming from the wall behind bed.

The location is very good and is a quiet neighborhood with good access.

That you have to pay for parking the car. The amount of USD 500 of retention i think is a little excesive. And you have to paid for the cleaning of the room.

Nice small pool. Good access to beach.

It’s a 20 minute walk to restaurants. A car is needed to get to the Publix and to the property.

Great property: the location, the size of the apartment, and the amenities were all excellent. Absolutely recommended.

Thin walls uncovered parking

I stayed here while on a business trip and had a disappointing experience. I was out of the apartment each day from before 9 a.m. to after 5 p.m. On the second day, I called the number the receptionist gave me for assistance, but no one answered—and I never received a call back during the rest of my stay.The furniture is very old, and there were noticeable dirty spots throughout the apartment, making it feel unclean. The walls are extremely thin; I could hear everything happening in the neighboring units, which made it difficult to relax or focus. Additionally, the nearest restaurants and stores are about a 20-minute walk away, which is inconvenient if you don't have a car.
