Very clean. Very helpful and friendly. Everyone was pleasant and ready to serve.

The location, the heated pool and hot tub open year-round, the view from the rooms, it was quiet, the condos were very clean and very big and bright, comfy beds, great amenities (community beach toys, shuffle board, game room, pool toys, bikes, sea dock)

I honestly cannot think of one thing I didn¿t like.

Really liked location. Easy walk to beach. Nice dock area to sit.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Did not care for the pool area

The room was very nice and clean.

Couldn't sit on the balcony without some type of insect biting the scrap out of you.

The room was completely redone and beautiful.

The adjoining door allowed lots of sound underneath it. Not great if the kids next door are noisy at 11 pm.

Suites are so spacious and clean! The club is a block from a public access point to the beach - maybe a three or four minute walk. Staff were helpful and nice. Also a dock with firepit and grill!

It was a nice size room. The full kitchen with stainless appliances were great.

The bed however was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I would not be able to stay here more than 1 or 2 nights. It was also not as close to the beach as described.

Confirmed w/empl that we had a king bed. When we arrived empl informed us we were placed in a room w/2 twin beds. We were charged $25/night UPGRADE FEE for Old and dated room. Extremely Overpriced & poor housekeeping Awful manager

Very disappointed. Star rating is way off. Beds and pillows don't come close to 3 & half star rating. Kitchenette area was very dated. Micro took long to warm up a my muffin. Faucet fixtures were loose, burned out bulb in bathroom . very noisy.

the location was great. space provided was very good as well.

the hotel lacked amenities. the staff were incredibly rude and the room was very outdated and in need of attention and updates. I do understand that they are slowly renovating the rooms, but ours clearly was not one of the ones that had been renovated.

While clean sorta the countertops were dirty and the dishes were half washed. Other than that the room was clean. I would guess it was visually inspected but no one bothered to wipe the counters etc. my wife is a total clean freak

We did not stay at this hotel we booked. The information advertised was very misleading. We did not even check into the room so I can not rate the room. We went further down the road and paid for and checked into a hotel that met our expectations.

Location was definitely not as it was described and the front desk staff were not helpful nor their customer service. Beach access was down the driveway, across the street and down the road. You couldn't even see the ocean from anywhere on the property.

The bathroom was old and outdated. No water pressure in the shower. My Wife with my last name, and our 1 year old son could not check in under my reservation. Absolutely ridiculous. Common sense goes a long way.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. We weren't expecting it to be as clean as it was! Location was great too!

The view from our room wasn't great. There was an overgrown pond area with some trash next door. Not sure if it belonged to the hotel or not though.

The location was residential and was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was convenient. The amenities were small (pool and sauna) but adequate.

The rooms were EXTREMELY old and in need of renovation which was begun, unfortunately we were not offered a newly refurbished room. The efficiency did not have a balcony and this was neither mentioned in the room description or by the manager at check in.

AC worked really good! Access to private pier, good location, breakfast donuts.

Too much light entering the room. Next to the toilet there was discoloration from urune dripping down the wall which stripped the paint off the walls. One morning we woke up with water all over bathroom floor but didn't know where it came from

The hotel was exceptional in almost every way. The space was wonderful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The only downside for us was that it wasn't on the golf, but we were not misled.

That when you had your shades open people were walking by

Roomy and nice.

Not really convenient to walk to beach, but there are trolleys around.
