  • The suite perfect for 4 adults and one kid . Nice , clean and well located !!

Cons -

  • That they didn’t have not got water no service on the room and I pay a lot of money for 4 night and I didn’t ever get new towels not acceptable event so I said I had I surgery I had to shower with cold water and have a wet floor in the kitchen every day waist in money i wouldn’t recommend
  • It said breakfast included, but they don’t give us nothing
  • I stayed at this hotel while recovering from surgery. The day after my procedure, I called to inform them I was post-op with drainage and asked for earlier housekeeping since they have a policy of not cleaning rooms for a full week. Instead of accommodating me, staff told me the manager required an additional $500 deposit because I was post-op and threatened that if there was blood on the sheets, I would have to leave. This policy was never mentioned at check-in (I already paid the normal $100 deposit).I also called the front desk because the WiFi was not working, and I was told it would be “down for the weekend.” When I asked if they would be taking anything off the bill due to the outage, the staff immediately responded by saying they actually needed a $500 deposit—clearly retaliating because I complained. The front desk staff then hung up on me because she said she didn’t like my tone.Even after the head of housekeeping came up and confirmed there was no blood on the hotel sheets, the hotel still refused cleaning/service unless I paid the $500. I was treated with disrespect, targeted, and financially pressured while in a vulnerable medical condition.I’m adding pictures of the day I left since we never had a sheet change or blanket change you can clearly see no drainage on their sheets and the policy list they have at the desk ! It gave extortion to me

The location

Absolutely nothing but the proximity to my doctor office
