- Good sized rooms, clean, nice amenities.

Cons -
- The AC was not good. It was barely able to cool the room to an acceptable level. This is unacceptable during a hot Florida summer.
- I was hoping I had a good view of the ocean as it says on their page ?oceanfront? Well yes it was a little bit view of the ocean and the first thing that we see on our balcony was a load of trash in a dump truck.
- The property was tired. The rooms were dark. Very little attention to detail as far as needed repairs. The rooms do not face the ocean, and I consider to be overpriced for what was received.
