- Parking arrangements. $--- room cost nearly $---- after additional, non optional fees.
- The air conditioner that sits above the bathroom was leaking down the wall and onto the bathroom floor. Engineering came to fix it. They said it was fixed but it was not. I would have like for them to offer to put us in a different room.
- Poorly maintained and rude staff
