Less than 2 miles away from O’Hare International Airport, this hotel is located next to the AllState Arena in Rosemont and offers shuttle services for limited hours and free WiFi. Every room at Hyatt Place Chicago O’Hare Airport provides a 42-inch flat-screen HDTV with a media connectivity system, sofa bed and work desk. A mini-bar, small refrigerator and coffee maker are also included. Guests can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool or work out at the 24-hour fitness center. A business center and large meeting space are also available at the hotel. Coffee to Cocktails Bar serves a variety of premium beers, wines and cocktails on-site. The Gallery Market is open 24-hours a day and offers an array of fresh to-go sandwiches, salads, beverages and snacks. Rosemont Blue Line Station is located 2 miles away and offers easy access to downtown Chicago. The Fashion Outlets of Chicago are an 8-minute drive away from the hotel. - The rates were great! The Free Hotel Shuttle was great.
- Worse experience ever, never staying again. Got a rude call at 11:05 that check out was 11 and we have to be out by 11:30 or pay $20. We requested late check out at 12 but rudely denied and told it is a franchise not a real Hyatt so suck it up and leave.

- There was an overpowering smell of bleach and cleaning supplies when you first entered the Hotel. Also, The entire 5th floor experienced sound of leaky faucet in vents. Probably due to the zero degree weather? Old pipes?
- Beware of this Hyatt scam. It is supposedly not a real Hyatt but a franchise so they have their own rules. We stayed at this location last year and there was free parking now it is $23 with no clear indication online about it.
- I was there for 4 nights one day they only service room one day with no towel change then charge me a feE
