Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk

This hotel charges you bogus fees and for additional guests. It’s a scam. I booked this hotel for 6 people when I did my search, they charged me for additional guests when the guests I booked the hotel for showed up. Scam.

Everything was wonderful. We were so pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing. The location great. The room beautiful and clean.

Beds were very uncomfortable and old. 1 roll of toilet paper given, could not find my booking at check in(this is the second time this has happened), no explanation of why $150 was charged at check in until asked, sinks in bathrooms in lobby were not functional and no signs were posted, breakfast was mediocre. The continental breakfast is a major reason we always choose to stay at Embassy Suites wherever we go. This particular hotel was very slim with options compared to many other locations. The food wasn't great.

The room was perfect size for 2, with a small kitchen to cook food. The pool is huge and very nice and has lots of places to sit.

Breakfast was ok. The food was not very good but it's free so it's fine!

Breakfast was decent and the complimentary drinks each evening with snacks was fantastic. Rooms were massive and staff fantastic. Pool was fabulous also. Loved the h20 waterpark too with the kids.

The property is Beautiful near many Restaurants and shops.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The living room Sofa bed was never checked for cleaning. There was food on the bed, candy wrapper and Q-tip behind the sofa bed. The dining table was sticky and one of the closets had the last guest sock and garbage. The front desk staff member who checked us in had no patience and was not friendly. I didn’t appreciate it at all.

I appreciated that it was a two-bedroom unit, which was ideal for families. The pool was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.

The laundry room on the 4th floor was not functioning properly. Despite asking staff multiple times to fix the door, the issue was never resolved. The refrigerator in room 4403 was broken, which resulted in having to throw away a significant amount of food. Communication with staff was difficult, as none spoke English. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis. Breakfast was consistently overcrowded and often ran out of plates.

Our TV didn’t work and huge cob web in bedroom on ceiling. Called front desk approximately 8:30 pm, gentleman offered to send maintenance, I told him I would watch in the TV in bedroom as it was late, he also offered to send someone to clean the cobweb but I recommend to make a note for housekeeping to take care of it when we left, but for future customers to have it handled. Asked if I could have a discount and was offered one. Im a happy customer and will recommend your services.

Loved the layout of our suite! Lots of room! Breakfast was very good! Loved the omelet station! Nice pool. Happy hour was nice too. Also liked having a washer and dryer accessible.

Wished weekday breakfast went past 9:00. The king bed was not that comfy - we both woke up with backaches every morning. :(

Updated, clean and almost every amenity you could need.

Omelette line was long every morning. They had another station but it was not being used.

The sweet was spacious, clean, and extremely accommodating with the kitchenette, large bathrooms pull out couch etc.
