    Pros +

    • close to metro station
    • It was clean and the tv had lots of channels!
    • Good location, rooftop restaurant, very friendly staff, modern, spacious

    Cons -

    • Expensive hotel without breakfast, but has cheap construction, furniture, and beds. The shower head looks fancy, while the plumbing system of the sink is uncovered. Not safe for families with young children.
    • Fitness room is to small, not enough equipment, etc.
    • How expensive the drinks were at the rooftop bar.

Good location, rooftop restaurant, very friendly staff, modern, spacious

Some hairs in bathroom, and breakfast lady pushed the bill and especially her request for tip as it was included before I was even able to swallow my first bite.

    Bartender named Brian was awesome.

    It was very clean.

You had to pay for parking per hour and an additional cost for breakfast.

Love the entire place. It's clean, modern, cozy and the staff is very nice and helpful

The price for the breakfast was high for what is offered. Also, the beds could be better. Even though I slept well and comfortably, the beds were a little lumpy and kind of hard.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings and appreciated the free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The valet parking was quite expensive and there were limited options. The snacks and drinks available in the lobby were very expensive, and there were no alternative convenience stores in the area.

The people were friendly and the location was pretty good. The TV system was good and allowed you to use your own streaming accounts and wipe them afterward. Shower had both a hand wand and the overhead rain style shower head available.

Everything cost extra, breakfast is extra, parking is extra, better wifi is extra. I won't be surprised if next time I'm at a Marriott I won't have to pay extra to use the water.

The room that we booked was not available, however Shyra Smith was extremely helpful and was still able to get us a room.

I left early losing my money, but I wanted to go home

I paid for two rooms connected with sofa beds and they put me and my family separated and without soda beds. I went downstairs to ask them about it and they did not believe me. So I had to search on my phone for my receipt so they could give me the rooms I paid for. No microwave in the rooms. Rooms were expensive and did not include breakfast. Customer service was poor but the cleaning people were nice. I would not stay there anymore. The trash can outside was full of trash all the time. Front desk staff were cold and distant.

The room.was beautiful besides the dirty bed spread and the floor had hair all over

The hair all over the dirty bed spread the rude front desk lady

    Breakfast was a bit expensive.

Breakfast was listed as feee I paid 20 very dissatisfied

    New rooms and clean

Staff told us over phone only option was to pay the valet fee. This was incorrect and you can park yourself right next door. Valet line was very back up and caused traffic’s to not be able to move in front of hotel. Staff did not know correct information on several questions that were asked.

    10KenyonPosted on: 5-28-2025

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Nice weight room.

Congested loading and unloading, pricey parking.

    9GloriaPosted on: 5-19-2025

MODERN, APPEALING, clean & very comfortable. Attention to detail. Great staff.

No cash handled to make change to tip the maid.

    Location and amenities.

Staff needs additional customer service training. Managers were very receptive to concerns discussed with them. I am sure they will address areas of concern and make necessary corrections. Breakfast menu options need to be expanded for the price hotel is charging. Room temperature fluctuates.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms in great condition.
