This place was super clean and common areas well maintained. The pool was very nice and big, and the staf LG were all very nice.

The rooms did not have a smart tv, so we could not have a family movie night. Even though the room was not remodeled, it was nice and well maintained.

Desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

The unit size and layout was good, but the interior was very dated and smelled quite musty.

Great location and amenities

I came for the jetted tub experience, which the water wouldn¿t get or stay hot. There were also ants coming out the sink in bathroom

We did have to change rooms because of a maintenance issue but all was smooth and they upgraded our rooms.

The pool was amazing!! Loved having a full kitchen stacked with many pots and pans. Emanuel at the front desk was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time. So much we extended our trip by a day & looking into our next trip

staff was abrasive and lazy, peeling paint on doors, stained bathroom fixtures, several insects in kitchen and bathroom, foul odor in room.

Room was a great size and comfortable.

Would have given them a 10/10 except the air conditioner did not work. They would install fans in all rooms to help with the heat.

Very close to the Disney theme park! Location was great. It did seem clean.

This was an apartment complex that is now a ¿resort¿. It felt like we were in someone else¿s apartment that was dated by about 15 years. All furniture, bedding and decor looked very dated. There was also that ¿apartment¿ smell in there. It was clean

My first room smelled like mildew & had a giant industrial fan. The staff was quick to move me not only to another room, but gave a comp upgrade to a larger room. That room the sliding door didn't lock and all the sheer curtains were all shredded.

The cleanliness of our Superior Suite. The floors were dirty, we had a leak in the kitchen sink that leaked into the guest room closet floor. Also the Master bathroom jet tub was not clean. When we turned on the jets for the water,black stuff came out jet

It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs.

Overhead guests had children who constantly ran. They also kept sliding chairs across the floor. So the noise level wasn't contained.

I loved the room, it was very clean, the scenery and quiet not like other places I¿ve stayed with loud guests. I will stay there again no questions.

I really don¿t have anything bad to say. It was a perfect 5 day stay. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Last year we stayed at the Hilton which was nice but this place was better in every way.

The hotel is right next to the parks! The location is excellent! The staff are so nice! The pool was amazing! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome!

The room had such a damp and gross smell to it! The carpets in the rooms need to go. They were gross. Our clothes came home smelling like that smell. Had to rewash everything! We spent a lot of money on the hotel and the smell was so bad!

The staff were great , and the rooms felt clean, and the pools and grounds were kept really nice. Coffee every morning and 24/7 store is a great experience. Really felt like staying at a nice place

I didn't like pulling up with my family to a busted spray painted black hotel sign ,and then driving through an unused broken guard gate that never closes. The pool locks are also broke , not sure why they even give keys. What a first impression

The resort was great, everything looks great on paper.

The master bedroom bed was made out of concrete blocks and plywood, at least it felt like it. Tiki bar food gave me food poisoning, black diarrhea for 4 days. All you need is a comfortable mattress to sleep on in Orlando.
