Love the pool! The lazy river was awesome!
The view from my room.
Our King lake view room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and we loved that there was a ceiling fan in the room. We had an excellent bartender and it had the best bar service!

Cons -

The rooms are noisy. Walls paper thin so you can literally hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Also, some people at the pool were way too drunk- brought their own liquor so no fail of pool car. They were smoking, cussing and arguing for hours.
The hotel was spotless and well-kept, but I had several issues with the staff during my stay. The concierge was unable to answer basic questions. I had to wait over half an hour for a bellhop or staff member to help me with my bags at checkout.
When the next door neighbors entrance door closed it was very very loud, but thankfully we only heard it during the day. The hotel restaurant The Letterpress had only 5 dinner menu items and was very pricey.

Love the pool! The lazy river was awesome!

Nothing I asked for someone from your department or your company to call me back and no one never did to make this right. It was a horrible stay.

Everything!!!!? Nothing was good in their liars. They?re telling you that they?re gonna grab money for like a regular deposit when you go check into a hotel and instead of use it for amenities without telling you, I want my money back please call me!!
