- Hotel employee at the front desk was so kind! The rooms are themed and cute. Location to the Disney parks was phenomenal
- Love this hotel, great location and transportation to the parks is awsome. Having a microwave at the room would be better for families with little kids
- The boat ride to magic kingdom.
Cons -
- Service of staff. Hard to get a hold of people and it also seemed very do it yourself type of hotel.
- Main dining restaurant was closed~ not enough staff! Booooo
- Was treated poorly by front desk and givin wrong room so I had to lug around 3kids and luggage for an hour

Wilderness lodge is amazing! Its magical! You are close to the hustle and bustle of the parks but far enough removed to feel like you are deep in the quaint wilderness. Its truly amazing! The pools! The restaurants! The atmosphere! AMAZING!
I picked this hotel because of its location
The acoustics were terrible, you could hear the people in the next room-and you could hear the kids running and moving stuff all night long in the room above us
Love the location, staff and amenities at the hotel
proximity to Magic Kingdom on a beautiful lake
rooms need to be renovated restaurant too small and not enough dining options
Amazing theming of the hotel. The location is wonderful and scenery beautiful. Resort restaurants are wonderful as well.
The rooms of the wilderness lodge are beginning to get a little outdated
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The lobby is awe inspiring - stand to the side and take a few minutes to gaze around. The boat ride to the Magic Kingdom is peaceful but at times it took 35 minutes to get a boat.
The mattress was completely caved in. I cleaned mold off some of the shower tiles. The dresser bureau had drawers that drifted open and my son stabbed his shin on one in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom.
I loved the theme especially in the lobby areas. I loved the location on the lake and the boat service. I loved the "wooded" view from our room.
When I checked in and asked if there were any upgrades, they offered one that best fit our family and we so appreciated it.
Morning of check-out, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:20am insistently but we were still in bed. Not happy
It's beautiful, and there is so much to do. We were just there overnight due to a flight cancelation, and we had a tremendous time at the pool and the restaurants.
Our room was a bit "cozy" for four adults, but we had everything we needed and more.
The Wilderness Lodge is amazing! Beautiful hotel, grounds and pool. Such a fun place to stay. Very close to MK. We had a landscape view, standard room, and had the best view of MK fireworks!
Restaurants and goods are overpriced. Food not worth the money inside lodge. Eat outside at restaurant by the lake. Reasonable and tasty.
Rustic looking, but modern, easy fun short (10-15 minute) boat ride from Magic Kingdom. Top notch accommodations, really can't imagine better. just great
wish the monorail was easier access for certain destinations, but easy work around & buses so conveniently located, as well as the boat, & monorail just 5 min boat ride by going to the Contemporary Hotel, so... not much stress there
Great proximity to all of Disney, especially the Magic Kingdom. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Fireworks perfect view from our room veranda. A+
Absolutely no negatives. Well done.
Beautiful on the inside and outside
Majority of staff was wonderful. A few with an attitude
My family really enjoyed this hotel. It was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food at Roaring Fork was very tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was wonderful-you could see the palace from our room.
We didn't like the food or atmosphere at Whispering Canyon Restaurant. The food was overpriced and it was so loud you could not even carry on a conversation unless you yelled.
Proximity to Magic Kingdom
Seemed a bit expensive with all of the construction being done.
