Very quiet and nice location

shower leaked every day onto the bathroom floor and they did not clean our room the last full day of our stay

West Garden View to the Monorail takes 3 minutes and to the bus stop is 5 minutes. Great access to all the parks. Room and everything else is clean. Cafes, shops and convenience stores open late. Early access perk helps bag a few high demand rides.

You can only get on the Monorail going in one direction, you have to ride the entire loop to the transfer station, Polynesian Resort, Grand Floridian before you get to the Magic Kingdom, so factor this into your timing.

Convenient to get on monorail and get from place to place

Disappointed that the restaurants didn't have reservations available and would have to take your meals to go. I would think if your staying at the hotel you would have some leverage to be able to eat there.

Beautiful lake view, so close to Magic kingdom. Fantastic staff.

Parking was very busy. Took a while to find a spot.

the maid service is the worst, I was expulsed by the maid from my room because she needed to clean the room right then.

The location was wonderful! Being able to quickly walk back to our hotel after Extended Evening hours at the Magic Kingdom was perfect. We loved the quiet pool. The quick service restaurant had a lot of great food options.

The best part of this hotel is the location. The nostalgic look and story only takes the experience so far. I booked this hotel because it's right next to Magic Kingdom. It's a nice hotel and you must get the cheese burger at the steak house.

My room was so far away from the lobby. If you get the cheaper rooms expect a long walk.

The convenience long with the service provided by the staff. A very family friendly facility.

The pool area should open a little earlier.

Great location with an excellent view of the park and fireworks.

The only negative was I could hear people in the hall and in the connecting room.

I was not aware that the pool was closed for renovationHad I known I would have never booked 10 yr old grandsonbirthday and he loves the big pool with slide asked the manager at the front desk if we could use the bay lake tower pool but no was the answer

Within walking distance to MK & the monorails are super convenient. Amazing view of MK from theme park view rooms. Too bad you can never actually sit out on the balcony & enjoy the view due to the spider infestation issue at the contemporary.

The contemporary has a severe spider infestation problem. We had spiders inside and outside of our room even after housekeeping came and deep cleaned the room. The spiders came back anyway. Even found some in our luggage when we got back home!!

Even though construction was going on, it was quiet and clean. Very friendly staff everywhere we went! Pool was perfect, slide was fun, hot tub was just right, lifeguards on duty and it was not crowded. Bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and clean!

The staff was great.

I did not know that there was extensive construction going on. I would have never stayed there if I knew. The hotel is in desperate need of a facelift.

It was in a perfect location for transportation to all the parks. The rooms are very clean but if you are not in the main hotel you do have a long walk to the lobby or buses. But besides that everything was great. They have a cafe so you can all your food

The hotel was great!!!

The location and that it was an original iconic Disney hotel. It seemed old and I'am not sure there was anything exceptional outside of the Disney name. I wouldnt stay there again because of the price.

Staff was amazing! Closeness to Magic Kingdom was our primary reason for booking at the WDW Contemporaey Hotel for our 3year olds first trip

Not knowing the property caused us to booms garden view but would have preferred a theme park view to see the fireworks from the room-
