Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

The suites are very nice and large, with washers, dryers, and kitchens. The property is quiet and well maintained. The pool is really nice.

I prefer being at a property with access to the monorail. The food options were not premium.

The air worked

Horrible room smell of musk and mold , pool closed , lost power in the middle of night. No pressure in shower , beds were as comfortable as sleeping on the ground outside

I loved how welcomed I felt!! The hotel was phenomenal, so beautiful and clean. I loved how much there was to offer, how Disney if felt with the Disney details, how affordable the food was, the pin trading that was available, the convince store as well.

There's nothing to dislike about this hotel!! I just wish I had more time to stay!!

LOcation, ammenties and upper scale feel.

Shower had very little water pressure. There is no room service.

Very conveniently located. Walk or boat to Disney springs. Boat system is fast and efficient.

One pool and restaurant was closed which was closest to our room.

I booked a one bedroom villa and to my surprise, they upgraded us to a two bedroom villa! The villa was updated, clean and tastefully decorated. We were also place in a "preferred" location on property. Very pleased with the accommodations!

The coffee was a little weak in the Artist's Palette but if that is my only complaint, then you know things were great!

Pools and community hall

Three knocks on our door before 9 am by staff. Rooms need updated.

Location, pools, bus service to Disney. Room was large and comfortable for a family of four. Used the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner.

the bathroom configuration was odd for the one bedroom villa. Otherwise it was a good place

the pool area was great - our 3 year old loved both the big and small slides and they had vests for all kids to use while there. the 2 bedroom villa was a perfect size for our party of 5 and we liked having the kitchen and fridge.

this hotel seemed further away than some of the other disney hotels.... the shuttle seemed to take a really long time from the parks - we would wait for upwards of 30 minutes each time and then depending on the stop the full trip would take about an hour

A clean, well appointed room. Close to the Disney Transportation System.

The mattress was too soft.

The pool area was nice, friendly staff.

Long walking distance to room. ICe machine very far from room. Restaurants were not close by the area where we stayed.

The grounds are beautiful and serene. The service and sunny attitudes of all the staff wonderful, living up to the Disney legacy. I didn't golf but the course looked fantastic!

Like the location & rooms

No vending machin Near by or food room service menu

Location

Our room was I rested with misquotes

Newly renovated villas!

Poor dining options

Staff outstanding. Rooms very clean . Bed very comfortable. Large enough for family or two couples. Wish had more closest space

Needed larger closest space. Disney bus transportation was running way behind schedule. LONG WAITS, NOT ENOUGH BUS CAST MEMBERS

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

Everything was great. Stay in the Springs if you can it is in the middle of everything.

The full kitchen and separate bedroom. Abundant bus transportation from various stops within the resort. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was large.

The pool food could be improved. They offered a standard burger and chicken nuggets, but it was not what I expected from a resort of this price range. Also, both main pools should offer food. The Springs pool did not offer poolside food.
