Disney's Boardwalk Inn

The room was very beautifully decorated with a Mickey and Minnie theme, and it was extremely clean. The staff was supportive and excellent.

There is only one hot tub. I wish they would¿ve been more choices for a hot tub since there¿s more than one pool area. But otherwise it was a Great hotel.

Location was fantastic. My daughter loved the nightly movie amd hanging out on Boardwalk. Cannot wait to be back next year.

Very clean and great service from the time we checked in until we checked out. So easy to grab a bite to eat without having to leave the property. Pool was great for the kids. The board walk was entertaining too.

Proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Disney attention to detail and theme.

Location to the parks was outstanding - 15 min walk or short boat ride to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Boardwalk is beautiful at night. Delicious funnel cake and enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Pool was awesome and had a fun slide. Awesome hotel!!!

No. Only small complaint was pool chairs/loungers seemed worn... and then they magically changed them out overnight to brand new ones!

Location is perfect. Rooms are large and very nice.

Room service stops too early and there's nothing open after 12pm. The boardwalk doesn't close till 2am but all food places close at 11pm. Also be prepared to have to whisper walking the boardwalk late cause of the rooms facing out

We choose this hotel because it is within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It has a nice boardwalk around the water and has food and drinks near.

The two biggest inconvenience about this hotel are that the parking lot is too far, about half a mile. Also the bus from the this resort takes too long. Usually is half an hour wait and half and to get to Magic Kingdom. We went 2 days and was the same.

Great location! The hotel is beautiful. Easy access to all parks. Large room, newly renovated bathroom. Our room was on a high floor and overlooked the quiet pool - it was perfect!

A four star hotel should always have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Powdered cream for in room coffee...yuck Most of all to only be able to get continental breakfast or prepackaged egg mcmuffin on a paper plate was disgusting. Need a full breakf.

We liked the theme of the Boardwalk and the swimming area.

The staff seemed a little less than the Disney friendly we have found at their other resorts.

Hotel bar open during restricted hours. Long hallways to your hotel room.

It was on the boardwalk, so there was much to do just outside the room and Disney had shuttle buses to other resorts and Disney parks.

The decor and gardens are beautiful. Staff is super friendly.

Lighting in some areas could be better.

I felt like the food choices could have been better. There wasn't a standard fare restaurant with burgers, hot dogs and regular breakfasts. You had to eat at the Italian Restaurant if you wanted breakfast and they had unusual offerings.
