Hidden resort fee hidden parking fee hidden wifi fee. Dirty outdated room. Rats running around property. Rude staff. Don?t recommend.
The day we received house cleaning the staff accidentally left a tag saying our room was being cleaned. It was left on for two hours beyond the time it took for them to clean it. We were standing/sitting on the stairs because of a thunderstorm for 2 hrs.
The price of amenities. Didn't think the amenities should cost 45 a day

The amenities were fantastic. The hotel room was a perfect home away from home.

The day we received house cleaning the staff accidentally left a tag saying our room was being cleaned. It was left on for two hours beyond the time it took for them to clean it. We were standing/sitting on the stairs because of a thunderstorm for 2 hrs.

The hotel had a resort-like experience. Plenty of activities to choose from. Property was clean. The villa was spacious and comfortable for my family.

The room had a musty smell of mold and mildew. We discovered that some of the windows had dried up mildew and mold present. Also, the kitchen area had roaches. Minor updates to carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas is needed.
