this is a great spot to stay.
This is an awesome place, friendly staff, clean, fair price. The view and location is a wonderful surprise. Myself, my twins and mom just loved this place and we sure will be back! We love it!
Location. Saw a manatee, turtle, nerf shark, tarpon and lobster from the dock behind our room. We snorkeled and saw the sunset that night and again the next morning whitout leaving the property.

Cons -

needs some TLC but clean and staff is great
breakfast was not available
nothing close by to eat.
