Best Western Stateline Lodge

The employees were all friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well.

No breakfast provided. No notice on check in, it just wasn?t open. On checking with staff they related it was slow so they didn?t open that day. I?ve stayed at the Comfort Inn up the street multiple times and this has never been an issue. Pool closed too.

Bathtub, when wet, very slippery. I think it needs a slip prevention paint applied.

Staff was friendly. Location is good.

Room was dated. I don't mind, but our first floor room really needs the carpet replaced. Stains and mold were painted over in bathroom. We stayed here months ago and had a room that didn't need work as much as this one does. Good staff.

The staff was absolutely horrible. I got harassed multiple times by the man at the front desk telling me I was taking too much food. I had 2 plates that i brought back up to my room to feel my 3 kids. I saw him doing that to multiple other guests as well.

We checked in before the scheduled 3:00pm time and the guy at the counter let us in early.. Complimentary breakfast has good selection .

Smells weird, carpet feels dirty

The bed was terrible, we could not sleep comfortably together. I ended up trying to sleep in the chair, which was also terrible. We have made a decision never to stay at this best western ever again. The luggage cart wasn't available at checkout time.

Clean room, comfy bed, and decent breakfast. Our concert was at the Cherokee casino and this hotel was right around the corner from the casino.

The price.

All of the floors were very dirty. The bathroom floor had not been mopped for a long time. The shower curtain had stains on it, and the hallway and room had a strange musty smell that made our eyes burn.

It seemed to be an ok hotel, but the room smelled so much like fabreeze and the sheets had a very strong bleach smell. All the strong smells caused me to have awful headaches

I was not able to check is as there was no clerk on duty. I called Best Western Customer Care and requested a refund.
