Little America Hotel - Wyoming

Pros +

• It was exactly where my engine blew a head gasket
• Loved the location (right off the highway for easy early out on our x country drive but no highway noise) great rooms (furniture is super retro but in great condition), the quality of the clean sheets, towels and soap, and the super close parking!
• Excellent staff

Cons -

• The staff in hotel and restaurant were grumpy and seemed annoyed. Perhaps it?s the end of season & they are all overworked on a Thanksgiving Saturday? Our room?s carpet was dusty, dirty, very old, definitely a keep shoes on room!
• The sliding glass door was very difficult to open and close. There wasn?t a lock on the door going into the building which seemed a bit unsafe
• Because of a storm (act of God) the power went out at 5 pm. Power never returned by the time we left the next morning. So no shower, A/C (np the night was cool enough) & no charging electronics. When asked about a partial refund- nothing was offered :(
