Pros +

The parking was convient to the room. IF this it Top Booked, I'll need to reseach more in the future.
The only thing good about this hotel is the location to the strip at Geneva-On-The-Lake.

Cons -

The value to the price was LACKING. Not everyone needs an ashtray next to their door. The bathroom was very very tiny. The office staff was missing when we checked out. the morning maid looked like a homeless person.
The air conditioner would not cool the room, the water in the toilet ran all night, there wasn't any hot water even after letting it run for 5 minutes, I had to troubleshoot the tv to get it to turn on, and the beds were super uncomfortable.
The bathroom was unconformable small. The walls allowed for adjacent room conversations to carry through. Only found out by accident there is a sister motel that gives beach rights with your stay.

Loved the pool, and the location was very convenient. Easy to park and walk to anywhere in town.

It's an older motel, so shows it's she even though well kept.
