Great location, wonderful employees, clean rooms.

There are a lot of interesting people that stay there, but that comes with cheap rooms.

Location is the only good thing about it, access to the freeways

My room smells like poop, I found several bedbugs and big oil stains on bed sheets

Staff were very friendly and took time to answer questions.

The entire entrance to the hotel had dirty and tattered carpet. The hotel smelled like stale marijuanna all over. Even though my rooms were smoke free they smelled of cigarettes and my sheets even had cigarette burn holes.

Everything. It was dirty, nasty room had not been cleaned. The hallways and rooms wreaked of smoke and the employees were rude and disrespectful.

Bedding was dirty hairs dirty smudges all in bedding

No clean.Bed bugs. Wifi connection was unstable. Tv. was extremely small no coffee or tea in rooms no towels in my room I had dishes left from previous guests in my room I was disgusted when there was a PILE OF TICKS IN MY ROOM. DISSATISFIED.

STAFF WAS RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AND DIRTY!!! How does a hotel not have plastic silverware? WOW!!

Has not been updated. Most hotels have usb ports for recharging. Hotel is exact same as when I stayed here 8 years ago

The staff is courteous.

There was no hot water. The toilet would not flush. The coat rack was gone.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities in place. Staff was a standout--super friendly and helpful.

A bit out of the way, and surrounded by the usual strip mall and fat food joints.

Could not EVER get any handtowels!!! What hotel doesnt have hand towels??? the towels we did have were STAINED, didn't EVER look clean! Did not have a "TOILET PAPER ROLL"???WHATT? Asked for an extra pillow, didn't have ANY EXTRA!!! Bathroom floor was dirt

What is there to tell it's just your average hotel.

I didn't feel safe here because all of the exit doors have a handle where someone can just come in at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning from the outside. If there is a Criminal Mind out there they can just come in and start causing Havoc for the people who are
