Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland Airport is 10 minutes from the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and offers an airport shuttle. The all-suite hotel also offers a 24-hour gym and SportCourt, outdoor pool and free WiFi. Each room at the hotel is furnished with separate living and sleeping areas and kitchenettes. A large work desk and cable TV with pay-per-view movies are also provided. Guests can use the picnic area and the laundry facilities. Business services are available. - The size of the room. The bed was very comfortable.
- The set up in the room. And the area of the hotel
- No water many days..
Cons -
- The West Wing building had a strange smell. The room had a kitchenette but no cups, flatware or dishes were provided. The room had a coffee maker but no cups to put coffee in.
- It was just a mediocre experience. The biggest frustration was choosing a property with a full kitchen only to find out they have no kitchen equipment (pots, pans, utensils etc.) available, even by request.
- Housekeeping, wasn't as clean as I would like it to be. And the dog fee for someone that is disabled .and the water drained very slow.
