Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Airport/Middleburg Heights

A little out of the hustle and bustle of airport traffic. Quiet and peaceful. A enjoyable hot breakfast.

The location was perfect.

The pool was closed. The ice machine on our floor was not functional - a sign told us to go up to the fourth floor (we were on 2). There were no vending machines. The shower was awful, and one of the pictures in the room was hung upside down.

I thought the rate for one night was too high & we had to wait for free breakfast because everything was running out.

Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and the breakfast was good.

The counter staff was excellent.

The room cleanliness was not up to expectations. There was food on the floor from a previous guest.

Desk staff was created, greeted promptly was efficient and professional.

this is the second time I stayed at the hotel and both times the bathroom sink did not drain very well.

Front desk clerk was ride at check inThe ceiling tile was soaking and leaking. The floor was wet and slippery in the bathroom. They asked us to move after we were settled at 930pm. But we needed to get up at 4am. No refund or anything. Pretty disappointin

Room was nice, clean and comfortable

Was hard to hang clothes with a hangar in closet because the bar is mounted too close to shelf above

Hotel was in a good location. The breakfast bar was excellent (good food selection and easy to navigate). I had some trouble connecting to WiFi so I called the desk and they quickly fixed the problem. The workout room was very clean.

The one item that concerned me was the a door from the lobby to the outside was open 24 hours a day. I thought this could pose a potential security problem.

The shower/tub caulk had moldy gunk spots. We moved the bedroom trash can into the bath shower/toilet area since there was not one there. Women can use a trash can both by the bathroom sink /makeup area AND in the shower/toilet separate room!!!

Quietness of rooms and good breakfasts.

Mattress was a bit too firm and bed was quite high to get into for a short person.

My family usually prefers to stay at Hampton Inns. This met expectations, although smaller than others we've stayed at.

No sanitation wipes or solution to wipe down equipment in the exercise facility.

"Do Not Disturb" signs are not obeyed. Staff came in my room 2 days in a row with the sign clearly on the door. I put the desk chair in front of the door when I was in the room because I felt weird even with the safety latch.

Clean,comfortable room with a nice lobby. Good breakfast.

The freshener used was difficult for someone with asthma or sensitivities to handle.

Location was good for my business needs.

Hotel had power outage and no information was offered regarding the problem, The emergency lights in the hallways went dark and you literally could not see if you attempted to leave your room. Outage lasted about 4 hours!

The staff was helpful and nice, and I like the free breakfast here. It's just next to several restaurants so it's convenient to get food.
