Dirty room. Heat did not work. Broken furniture. Only local tv channels. No action was taken. when issues were submitted to front desk.

I was using the hotel for temporary accommodation until my apartment was finished so I had my emotional support animal with me and they kicked me out and didn't Homer my last extension to stay so they kicked me out keep my deposit and the money for th roo

Bed was broke. Floors dirty. Microwave broke.

Absolutely nothing.

The dirt, dust, poor service, cracked sink, neighbors waking me up in the middle of the night, etc.

Everything is outdated, no pool, breakfast had water downed orange juice and milk.

Clean good location would like full kitchen and complimentary breakfast

Dirty, sheets were clean that's about it and they put a $100 hold on your card which tells you the clientele that's there.

The staff was wonderful?friendly, professional, and helpful. The grounds were spotless and the rooms were clean.

I stayed in an upper room. The curtain dimensions were flipped?long and narrow. The result was that the curtains allowed light in on the sides. As there are no shears and the grounds are well-lit, the room was light at night.

The convince of the parking

The room was not clean. The bathtub was very dirty. Overall the room was outdated.

Good price per night. Clean beds. Good parking from lot to room; can see from room window if u get the spot. Breakfast service area, the waffle maker is a nice touch. Friendly, pro-active staff. Strong A/C on a warm humid night.

TV station options, lack variety & quantity. Maybe a few more options for breakfast meat & fruit besides only sausage links and apples.

The staff , from the housekeepers to the GM they are engaged and deliver premium hospitality and Cleanliness. The hotel has been fully renovated and the rooms look modern and the bed is comfy. You even get a full breakfast with Belgian waffles!

The most impressive part of this hotel is you can tell Everyone you encounter cares. The night staff makes you feel safe and theres also cameras everywhere. They have men that work at night that are not just nice but go out of there way for guests.

This hotel is in need of a complete update / renovation. It was not properly cleaned when I arrived. It did not appear that it was even vacuumed.

It's has roaches!!!!!! couldn't be anything worse than that I rebooked for my son very early this morning only to find out that there's roaches how very disgusting he can't take his luggage or anything clothes etc. To anybody's house

Close to airport

Mildew, drapes were not hung properly, cigarette burn in blanket, room smelled of cigarette smoke.

No wifi, no pool, no breakfast, smelled awful.

The hotel met the short term needs.

The hotel said there would be breakfast but there was not. I understand the constraints of covid but other hotels do continue breakfast. If you don’t offer than put a footnote on the hotel that currently breakfast is suspended until further notice.

The hotel room was filthy,It had not been cleaned before we arrived (if so, not well).Staff never came to change our towels, or toilet paper. The parking lot was littered with trash. And the trash cans overflowing with trash. There was no breakfast Provi

I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

Had to switch rooms because the first room was horrible. Fridge was broke, shower was broke, AC was broke. The room smelled terrible. When we got switched to another room, the tv barely worked and again had a bad odor. We did not enjoy our stay!
