- Location was superb! Easy to walk to beach, boardwalk, market, and other landmarks. Very convenient!
Cons -
- Everyone including myself was complaining how hot the rooms on the 3rd floor were. The solution was giving us a fan. I had to actually purchase an additional fan for it to be bare able. Also no ice machine on the premises. I had to keep buying ice.
- quite noisy, loud music late night
- . Firstly, the hotel staff did not offer the barbecue facilities that were advertised, w there was no coffee provided in the room, which is a basic amenity I expected. The bathroom the shower was loose, and there was black mold present,

The carpet was old, stained, dirty. The furniture was stained and had tears and a burn hole in it (sofa). The dishes and utensils were unclean and needed to be re-washed for use.
