Sleep Inn Cinnaminson - Philadelphia East

Nothing. Nothing special compared to othe hotels. This was my first visit. The front desk staff was a little weird.

Based on reviews I had higher expectations. I was serverly over charged. The breakfast was minimal. I would only choose this place in case of emergency. It would never be my first choice. Too many other options.

Location close to Philly

The rooms air conditioning needs to be cleaned out every now and then. The room was musty and humid and no room spray can mask that

Noisy HVAC unit. We were given a different room after we complained.

Availability last minute. Decent customer service. Roll away bed available.

Desperately needs remodel. Carpets stained, worn, torn; walls damaged, scraped, holes; toilet seat loose; ceiling pealing; comforter stained; curtains stained, torn; chair stained; Coffee bad, minimal breakfast, first room smelled like smoke.

The environment was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a leak in the sink which had water running down to the carpet with each use.

The breakfast could have more hot food it was a grab and go breakfast but they advertised a continental breakfast. Rooms is small for what there charging bathroom is also very small and the room I was in the toilet rocked and it was leaking water from th

It was across the street from stores but it¿s a spot where you need a car. Walking is extremely dangerous!

1. Smell of cigarettes and pot extremely heavy in the room and through out the hotel 2. I woke up with nose bleeds 2 of the days but all the other ones I had sore throats. 3. Contacted the desk and there was nothing they could do even do for me.

It was conveniently located, that is located near several restaurants, gas stations and stores such as ShopRite and Ross!

I did not like the one way in and one way out. Could only exit through the main doors due to the back door or emergency door being secured with tape!

East to locate and clean environment. I had a great time during my stay. The staff was helpful when asked asked for help to ease my anxienties about getting around the area; especially, to find the location of the event. Well priced also. Thanks.

Coffee and tea available 24/7. Accommodating staff when asked for another room d/t smoke smell. Due to COVID-19: No breakfast just muffins! Should reduce pricing.

Room smelled of smoke, asked for a room with no smoke smell and that room smelled of smoke. Outside looks nice but needs to be updated inside, remove carpet replace w/wood laminate flooring. OR...just wipe every hard surface down with Pine-Sol (lavender).

They had a refrigerator and microwave in the room!

The bed was not comfortable I had difficulty sleeping! Plus I was on first floor and there was loud banging coming from the room above.

The room was small, the bathroom door (sliding door) was off the track and was very difficult to open and close. There was some mean looking woman loitering around the from entrance of the building.

It was close to area that I needed to be. Staff was polite & helpful.

The bed was too low & mattress wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was a little sparse but not too bad.

The hotel was in a good location for where I needed to be

The hotel hallway had a strong odor of both cigarettes and marijuana, the bathroom toilet and lights both emitted scratching sounds when used. There were noticing holes in the sheets of one bed.

This is a very basic hotel, on a busy roadway, with small rooms, and few amenities. Overall, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was good water pressure. The room was adequate.

The hallways have a smoky/musty smell, although the room did not. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues in the room, which should have been clear to the cleaning staff.

We have been coming here off and on for years for family gatherings. it has really gone downhill. the carpets are filthy dirty and stained when you walk in. The room looks dated . the bed was really bad. it had a major dip in it! it was bad.
