The set up was OK. I liked the fact that my family was in the same suite and could bond together.

The entire place was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Despite having "No Smoking" sign, the enforcement was abysmal. It is not a healthy place especially when you have asthma or traveling with kids. I had to ask that room be cleaned.

The location was good for getting to Rutgers stadium

It’s an older building in need of some repair. No ice machine or microwave or even a blow dryer, although the listing said that all was there.

I used my card for the 50 dollar deposit and then right after they gave me my deposit back they used my card. I’m assuming the you pay with card the card reader will take your card information down. DoorDash from an Indian restaurant and a transaction from dollar general right after of an Indian name that popped up on my emails and I’m swear I’m not trying to be funny all of the workers there are Indian and I know my card wasn’t stolen because I have it right now as typing this.

Bed was broken and it’s smelled like a bunch of cigarettes

The staff was very polite and friendly. The location for my event was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

There was an overwhelming perfume smell. The room felt damp and musty. There weren't enough towels in the room. There were no luggage racks available in the room. The TV was internet based and had to keep buffering. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear a lot of hall and other room noise.

We could not even stay at this hotel there was a strong unpleasant odor and the rooms were filthy and no doors separating bedrooms. They promised a refund but have not received one!

Only main bedroom bed was comfortable

Broken dead lock bolt and broken security door latch for main door. Exposed hazardous, sharp, broken wood from the bathroom door as there was no door lock downstairs bathroom. Foul smell and chlorine smell in room. Hazardous risky smell and lack of security. First night hotel stay needs to be refunded. Room was booked many days ago. Staff unable to provide explanation for lack of door locks for bathroom door and main doors dead bolt lock and security door latch. TV was not working. Complained to staff at reception after checking in and morning staff. Were unable to provide an alternative room similar to presidential suite for 6 people. 3 adults and 3 children were exposed to foul smell and chlorinated atmosphere smell in room 211.Had to keep children away from downstairs bathroom as no lock was present and sharp wood exposed which was a hazard. Repairman was sent to fix issues on Saturday 13th Sept. But this was at a convenience to all 6 guests who had to vacate the room.

Good president suite with 2 bedrooms and total of 3 double beds. Also 2 bathrooms are ok for a big family.

There is no microwave in the apartment, although there is a fridge and a small kitchen, but NO microwave!

The price was the best thing about this place. Sucks they don't advertise the $50 deposit needed to stay.

The floors look like they need a deep clean. The floor in our room had stuff on it. Our room had a fridge but no microwave or coffee maker. There is a breakfast room. But don't expect breakfast.

Clean loft and bathrooms! Older, needs update, but I care most about cleanliness and bed and baths.

No drinking cups in bathroomLots of stairs, but good exercise!!!!

The size of a the unit was never be

Door to 1st floor bathroom in unit was broke and the toilet was sideways. Worse then all that was none of us slept well cause the the screaming kids next door
