Exceptional staff , decor was outstanding
The room was clean and comfy.
Valet/ concierge service was great but pricey.

Cons -

I had an uncomfortable exchange with the front desk assistant. She insisted on charging me a pet fee for a service dog (who was wearing his vest and had the proper paperwork) because I decided to carry him through the very busy lobby.
No microwave in room. Hotel bed (sheets and pillows) were just regular and very uncomfortable.
NO POOL.....on the web they show a pool. And the NEW neighboring beer garden across the street. WAY too loud into the morning hours, we had to have our room changed.

We liked the decor, atmosphere, and cleanliness. Each employee was beneficial.
