Pros +
- Front desk staff was fabulous on all shifts! Loved the breakfast! There were lots of choices and a great selection!
- I thought the breakfast was awesome, they offered a lot of options which is great for grandkids because they can be picky
- Everything it was clean good breakfast nice staff
Cons -
- Gym was smaller but the pool was heated with a large hot tub. So just shifted to a pool workout.
- The fact the my wife got up in the middle of the night and was bit by a bed bug, she killed it, woke me up I went downstairs and told the front desk and his answer to me was well you will have to tell a manager in the morning! So we had to stay in that room, I went downstairs the next Morning and told the Manager and she switched out room, told me she cannot compensate me because I booked through you guys, did not offer and extra stay, she instead said sign up for our reward program and I can give you points, I did it in hopes that it would a least give us a night somewhere but nope, 250 points and 20 more stays and we can get a free night! It does not even begin to cover the mental suffering my wife had to endure. She already has an anxiety disorder and to know that we paid money we worked for to stay at a nice place and this is all we got out of it. Not to book through booking.com because you guys are a third party and if you would have paid directly to us we could give you some money back. I almost got up the next morning and shouted through the entire hotel it had bed begs but I kept my composure but it is just sad to know that we could not get more out of this. My granddaughter also got bit. It just really sucked to be done this way!

Excellent breakfast. Liked having a hot tub.
Pool needed some attention. Water was a little cloudy.
