I do not like the fact that they do not enforce the handicap parking. They have construction trucks parked in handicap and cars that don't have decals. I complained and nothing was done about it.

The breakfast and the service at breakfast

The dryer when I was drying my own clothes I ran the dryer twice at the price of $3.50 *2 and they still weren't dry!

The bed is comfortable.

1. There is no guide channel on the TV. 2. The stopper in the sink was broken. 3. There was a long hair on the floor. 4. The water pressure in the shower sucks. 5. The shower head is way too low. I'm tall and had to bend down. 6. Breakfast sucks.

Noise levels due to constant traffic and big trucks going by. People being loud in the parking lot and party goers downstairs.

Warm greeting from hotel employee at the front desk. Spacious room, quiet, clean, comfortable.

I truly enjoy the free breakfast. They actually have real food and it's hot and it's good.

Towels are supposed to be white!!!! If the bedspread has cigarette burns don't put it on somebody's bed.

The price.

There was a domestic dispute almost every night I stayed, but especially the last night. Yelling, loud banging, police banging on the door next to me

The lady at the front desk when we left was pleasant. The bed didn’t suck.

The fact they assume everyone is going to steal or break something so they charge you a deposit.

Usually the rooms are very nice and comfortable and clean

There was a smell in my room like a nursing home smell . My coverlet has cigarette burns

No blow dryer, tv guide, tub didn't drain, mirror need deep cleaned and fridge front need cleaned

Refused room after full payment due to $100 deposit not disclosed in advance. Staff was rude and denied restroom access. We were left outside in the cold. I even offered to pay by virtual card but was denied, offered 47$ was denied.

The room was filthy hair everywhere holes in the comforter look like pee all over the door and wall and the staff looked like she was so high she could barely function this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in 45 years

Honestly, everything was fine until you didn't refund my deposit. There was absolutely no reason why the deposit should have been kept. No one in my family smoke and the room was cleaned by us before leaving. That's just the kind of people we are. Tidy.

I don't like that my $100 was kept. Especially with no explanation as to why it was kept. Just seems shady to me

That it was easy to get to. Right off the freeway.

I didn’t even get to check in because they wouldn’t let me pay the deposit with cash. They needed a credit card. But all my credit cards were maxed from the previous hotel that wouldn’t let us check in just an hour prior.

The staff was pleasant and didn't bother us at all after check in.

We had a few other guests knock on our door, with odd reasons at odd times of the night. It was unpleasant.

The staff is not aggressive or nosy, you check in and you are left to your own devices unless you ask for assistance.

The bathroom and room overall could use an update and deep clean.

internet issues and speed - horrible couldn't go online at all during my 3 days of stay - first internet dropping then when connected, to load a page took ages before getting timed out again. possibly to upsell the high speed internet plans they have
