Sheets and towels appeared to be clean. Pillows soft. Staff friendly.

Dirty carpet (very) stains. Broken lock. AC did not work properly and was very noisy. Shelves in fridge broken. Trash in hallway and outside (on ground and overflowing garbage cans). Abandoned cars in parking lot. Felt unsafe.

Said there was an indoor pool and free breakfast and there was not. Outdoor pool but broken along with elevator. Rooms need updating couch dirty microwave cought fire had to move rooms found dope bag in second room understand bed. Not a good experience

Yes l didn't like the fake advertisement l booked the hotel because of the advert said we offer breakfast when l get there they told me they don't after l have booked it ?

Nothing. It was dirty, graffiti all over the other buildings, gross smell

Yes several. The price is not worth it. Worst hotel I have ever been to.

Website said pool was open and there was breakfast but the pool was closed and they said breakfast isn?t served due to Covid still. There was trash everywhere outside, people living in broken down vehicles in the parking lot, the bathroom fan was broken

The ac unit was operable

The TV didn't work the rm phone didn't work. They don't have the breakfast. And 2 days after checkout I still don't have the deposit

Worst beds ever. Across from SCARY burned down tagged up hotel that map sent us to first before we realized it was the seedy place across the street. Definitely not 2.5 stars. Maybe 1.5

Dirty. No pool as advertised. Trash everywhere. Flooded toilet water in the room, blood stains everywhere. Empty buildings full of bums surrounding the whole place. The building was old, humid and smelly

The room was surprisingly quiet.

One wall of outlets didn't work, and I got scalded by the shower when it stopped having cold water run through it for some reason.

The room we were put in smelled like mold. My son couldn't breath and boyfriend was getting sick all in 10min of being in the room.

Close to hospitals.

Not clean, missing screws, No coffee maker, Torn sheet. And the smell of this place is gross. We had to use lemon in water to create a better smell. The hair dryer fell off the wall when touched.

The hotel was filthy and stunk like mold. There was what looked like a thick trail of blood staining the carpet in the hall and bullet hole in the picture in the room, drug deals in the parking lot and no breakfast as advertised. Motel should be closed.

Bathroom light bulb broken called and ask in person front desk no one came in the room.. towels took hours for them to bring towels no hair dryer to used.ask for wake call to leave so we can leave early to airport no one called.I think it¿s for homeless..

I think it¿s for homeless people only so dirty outside the front parking.. coffee is old vending machine machine broken out few dollars didn¿t get my money back my deposit had hard time getting it back..

Price and location.

For the price and location I didnt expect wow.. but to find hairs on the "clean" sheets was gross.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was its location to where my meeting was.

1. The water in the shower is so hot it scalded my ankle. there appeared to only be scalding hot or freezing cold temperature nothing in between. 2. There was quite a bit of other people's garbage underneath the bed. 3. Holes in the walls and mold.

There was so many things that was wrong it was uncomfortable, filthy the elevator smells like piss and the stairways won¿t stay here again ever

more on why I didnt like it. 255 char isnt enough. i was told when i made3 my reser that the pet fee was a per night charge not a per dog. I was exp to pay 15 not 30.

yes. I was charged $30 for taking towels I didn't take. because there were 2 missing, it was assumed I did it yet maybe the hotel staff just forgot to put them in. I don't need their towels. very unprofessional and that's $30 I could use for food.

Very run down, dirty hallways, room smelled funny, pool unusable & gross, outside of hotel very rundown and ghetto looking.
