I arrived early and the hotel refused to give me a refund so I was charged twice for one room

Yes, the fact that I paid twice for one room. They could have given me a refund.

Checked out at 3:30 AM with front desk staff on 9/13/2026 and utilized the airport shuttle service at 3:40 AM. We then received a call around 11:43 AM wanting to know when we were checking out??? Unacceptable, why bother the customer due to inept staff

Honestly all we did was shower & sleep in the room and that was all we needed it for. Great location to the airport and staff was friendly so what else could we ask for. They always had fresh hot coffee!

The location. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and the soap was plentiful.

The $149.99 incidentals fee send excessive for a few hours stay. The room didn't even cost that much.

Clean and near restaurant. But best of all pick-up and friendly drivers.

The woods scenery appeared to have been used by drug users.

Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

There was a long line at the check-in. The staff person checking people in was extremely friendly and talkative and went through every issue in detail, however, this contributed to the backlog.

It was not far from the train. The staff was amazing and helpful when it came to suggestions on where to go sightseeing!!!

I feel like the pictures above the bed are too close to the head rest. My husband couldn’t sit up in bed without hitting his head on the picture.

Staff was so friendly, I used the shuttle from the airport to hotel. Easy called the hotel when I got to 3A in the parking garage and only waited 5 min for the shuttle. Got to the hotel at 2330, and was very hungry they recommended a pizza shop 😋

worried about noise with room close to ice machine, didn't hear anything!

Staff tried to figure out my occupation then watched me on business computer and asked questions about my private finances. Then tried to figure out what car I might have. Stalked customer

I had to evacuate my home due to an emergency fire. The entire mountain was on fire and my entire neighborhood was evacuated and I missed my trip and begged for a refund and they said no.

Room is nice enough. Pretty clean bedding,

Nice breakfast and attentive, courteous staff.

Parking was a little tight in the parking lot, but there is an underground garage.

On check-in, the front desk didn't even greet me, just looked up from his TikTok or whatever and barked "last name," first room I was assigned reeked of cigs and deodorizer, so I had to request a change, which the front desk seemed so put-out by.

The ladies at the front desk are the best!! I absolutely appreciate them. They deserve promotions and definitely raises. I keep coming back specifically because of them.

More breakfast options would be nice, but for the price per night, I understand.

They lost my brand new gift filled suitcase when it fell from the back of the van and was lost in the road.

Excellent cleanliness/repair of the room.

Common areas and exterior need major investment. The "free" sleep app and hiking trails app are prominently advertised throughout the hotel but I tried and failed to figure out how to redeem the offer.
