- The staff was very friendly and helpful, 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Hotel was clean and the beds comfortable
- Walking distance from SeaTac. Next door to Denny's.
- Close to the light train
Cons -
- A person(s) could not have ever felt more unwelcome than did my spouse and I when checking in at this establishment. The surly sloth-like employee on at 11PM made sure that we knew we were not valued as guests or paying patrons. Pitiful excuse of a host.
- Room smelled bad.
- We asked for clean towels each day, they did not collect the old towel. We noticed after a day the towels turned PINK, which means staff!!
