Best Western Tumwater-Olympia Inn

It was convenient to my friend's house.

The room reeked of tobacco and it was a non-smoking room. In addition, the toilet ran all night long. When I complained to the front desk, they did nothing.

Even though the Hotel is older, it is really clean, Great rooms, exceptional staff who are truly kind, excellent breakfast. Very good workout room.

The maintenance, front desk, and kitchen staff were so friendly and on top of their jobs all the time. It was impressive to watch the way they work through cleaning the rooms and communication with the front desk.

Depending on what room you are I will depend on the noise level. We were in a room next to two different doors and one was extremely loud with a picnic table outside and the other wasn't nearly as loud.

The staff was amazing

The spa has too many chemicals and the tub in the room would not plug to take a bath.

They only had one room allocated for pets. It was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like a kennel. Had I know this was going to be the case I surely would have picked another location. It was hugely disappointing. The front bell staff did nothing to help.

Only one per room and it was filthy and unacceptable! Never again!

The location was very convenient for freeway access, and some local restaurants and stores. The breakfast was very nice, especially if you wanted a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc.). And the room was nice and comfortable.

The floor creaked a little while walking in the room. The tub/shower really creaked while showering. I kept thinking that it was going to break.

The breakfast was the best free one I've had at a hotel. Even the eggs were good. The bacon & sausage was cooked perfectly. The people who run the breakfast do an excellent job. They deserve a raise!

The mattress was sinking, such a sleepless night.overpriced for such hotel. It was noisy too.

Front desk staff was friendly on both shifts. Hot breakfast. Free wifi. Not sure if this is typical, but they had a batch of warm cookies in the evening at the front desk. Nice touch!

The staff at the front desk greeted me in a kind and professional manner. My room was clean and inviting. The cleaning staff came in each morning and took care of everything. I felt cared about.

Friendly and helpful staff. Asked for a different room and was given one easiy.

We were given a room next to the lobby and it smelled awful, like smoke. We asked to be assigned another room. The next room they gave us was outdated, especially the carpet that had a large burn in it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Location centralized to our needs, hot breakfast was nice option. Staff friendly.

Shower pole coming out of wall, half rolls toilet paper with no refill in room. No usable outlet by beds.

The room had live bed bugs. The mgr tried to convince me that it was not. I took pictures and have the mgr name I was booked for 2 nights so they moved me to another room. They were going to compensate some cost but couldn¿t because I booked it on line

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel is in close proximity to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed them having a nice hot breakfast.

It was hard tho locate from a busy street as it sets back off the road behind other businesses. GPS said turn right on Market street, there were no street signs clearly marked. I found it accidently by turning around in a nearby fast food parking lot.

the morning clerk. I had called to inquire about a late check out and he refused to oblige my request stating the hotel traffic was slow??? Best Western inform your staff think about the decisions they make. Had the property been busy!
