Breakfast, clean, pillow, bed, everything!

The front desk staff was very welcoming! They were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. The hotel was clean and modern and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was great! Location was perfect!

That they had breakfast,the food was okay but atleast they had free breakfast,they have a gym and the rooms and beds were comfortable.its near the freeway

They said they have a swimming pool that's why I booked I because my kids wanted to swim but the pool was.closed both days.we.were.there

Beautiful clean rooms they seemed new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn?t amazing, but it was the typical hotel breakfast.

The swimming pool and laundry were out of service. The pool and location were the two main reasons I chose the hotel. I had to go to a laundry mat which was expensive and time consuming.

Dated... uncomfortable beds; mildewy grout. Also no restaurant/bar nearby.

Elevator

First of all I paid $---- for two days got to hotel I had to pay another $105.00 deposit. Staff was rude, First morning I get call saying check out time I had to go down and take care of their mistakes then on my van a note it, was going to be towed.

They allowed us to reserve the pool for use during COVID

First the room I booked wasn't available. Then our room keys never worked and had to be let in our room by staff everytime we left. Hot tub was cold. Staff was not very helpful

The room was clean and comfortable. Internet worked well.

The bathroom wall paint was pealing.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were very nice and accommodating. And the breakfast was better than other hotels I have stayed at in the past. I dont usually wake up early but this time I did. Yum...LOVE WAFFLES!

It had beds

Hotel was dirty, food from previous tenants was left in garbage in our room. Heater thermostat was broken. Our heat stayed on All night. Lamp did not work. Remote to the tv was missing. The elevator smelled like urine. Hotel refused refund.

Very nice room. Location was easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

First morning the breakfast items were empty for quite some time. I expect the person working got busy and didn't realize things were getting low.

Had to make several trips to front desk to get keys that worked. Strange floor layout. The visiting area was not very usable.

Front desk night shift helped vacuum dust in air vent, pleasant and accommodating

Cap in Faucet in sink came off several times, dust coming out of air conditioner blocked my breathing did not get a good nights sleep, room dark not enough lights, tub when filling with water there was hair in the water valet cart was hard to push

Worst hotel ever

The owner is the rudest and most selfish woman I've ever met. She took the ENTIRE deposit ($250) except $2 for soiled linens; which I guarantee if I washed them they'd be spotless. Since when does ketchup not come out,since when does a bath towel cost $20

Plumbing issues, card key issues, lack of staffing, cleaning not done until 3:30 or 4:00 pm, lack of cleanliness, broken knobs on a/c and refrigerator, customer service, uncomfortable beds, check in time of 40 minutes too long

the clerk who helped us check in, and later fixed our non-working TV, was extremely friendly and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. I hope he is strongly considered for the upcoming opening in management!

There were hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. As a germaphobe, I was pretty repulsed by that. The breakfast staff were cheerful & happy to put out more eggs and coffee when we came down from our room @9:45, despite being slammed earlier.
