The hotel was very clean and spacious.

The elevator took a touch long, but nothing too crazy.

They cater to animals, so hotel smelled like dog. Hallway carpet was filthy

The staff members were all super nice and helpful.

The parking was a nightmare due to construction. Should be better when it is complete.

The room was large and comfortable. Bathroom wasn?t as clean as expected, but not terrible.

Noisy neighbors. Young men next door were up and noisy until about 2am. Everything was great once they quieted down.

The hot breakfast was delicious and the room size was excellent. No complaints about the staff. The gym was decent. Great proximity to shopping and restaurants.

The designers made large rooms but sacrificed bathroom space - the bathroom door was so close to the toilet it made it difficult getting into the shower. and the pool was nice - however, it could have been heated (that's just me being nitpicky)

Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly!

Parking was limited. Cars parked in handicapped spaces without handicap stickers.

The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness of the room was great along with the location. I also enjoyed the full kitchen!!!

The only issues were the internet was very slow and parking was difficult to find.

Loved the breakfast selection, lots of good protein choices. Stayed in a double queen room and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

The long kitchen counter wasn't clean as there was a coffee stain.

Room smelled stale and like some sewer back smell. Then I had a family issue come up and had to leave 2 days early to which staff said was ok and could get refund then management denied it 2 days later.

Noise complaint was not addressed. It was night time and the floor above had kids and/or dogs running for over 4 hours.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, Noon check out time, smelled good. Overall cleanliness.

1) toilet water didn¿t always refill right away. 2) a bit slippery shower stall when exiting 3)big juice stain on the carpet

Super clean well maintained had a full fridge and w&d with real dishes and silverware ready to be used

They added extra taxes:fees at checkout that were not clearly stated upon booking. They also didn¿t mention these fees when we checked in.

The entire staff is phenomenal. The rooms decor is something you would expect to see at a high end boutique hotel. The breakfast is by far the best offered at a hotel during the pandemic.

The hotel is perfect I just wish that more of the shops around the hotel were still open.

My stay has been terrific, hands down! From the very beginning, the hotel staff has been utterly stellar in their customer service! And to the housekeeping team, YOU¿RE INCREDIBLE! And thank you all! The rooms and property were impressively pristine!

Honestly, I don¿t have anything negative to say, which is incredible, and I will be coming back to the hotel and recommended it to friends and family! Quite a bang for your buck!

I liked the location, the room was spacious, and clean.

The parking. The signs say masks are required by guests, but plenty of people going around without them and no one enforcing the mask policy.

Room available on short notice. New facility. Breakfast good. Cost ok. Feels luxurious.

Lack of service from front desk, not answering phone several times. No lunch or dinner available in hotel.

everything. coffee was great. the room amenities were great. I would have brought food if I had known there was a full fridge.
