didn't like hotel didn't stay do to filth.

The hotel was filthy, carpet dirty, messy office, rusty dirty look on outside and construction areas.

Cleanliness

No hair dryer. Phone in room did not work. Elevator was of service. Staff was rude and argumentative

It was clean enough to lay my head for the night.

We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators don't work. The whole bldg is under construction.

hot food was cold, and some food dispensing equipment was not functioning

Make sure the linen is clean. Change the toilet seats and reseal the bath tub.

Staff at the front desk was helpful! The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. I will not return for the price, the quality was terrible!

Was quiet. That?s all. Breakfast was alright nothing exciting.They say ?no smoking in rooms?but the hotel smelled like cigarettes I mean u get what u pay for so.?

It was OK.4/10 Found SHORT BLACK HAIR on pillows. Went to front desk she only replaced one pillow.Then I check the bed more there?s hair EVERYWHERE sheets and pillows had to make them replace everything before I could sleep. Very unprofessional and dirty.

It was close to where we were traveling.

The room smelled like smoke, there was a burn spot in the carpet, the TV was on the fritz-like it was going out, the elevator door SLAMMED shut, it was noisy

Friendly staff and very helpful on finding information for a couple of things i had asked about.

The breakfast. Biscuits somewhat stale and gravy not very good. Stayed at Quality Inn next and theirs much better.

Although much of the hotel (including our first non-smoking room) smelled like weed, we were able to ask the customer service representative for another non-smoking room. The second room smelled fine and was pretty clean.

Most of the hotel (not the lobby) smelled like weed. Some doors had space between the top of the door and the bottom of the door jam. The hotel isn't in a great part of town, but it's not the worst part of town either.

Convenient to where we needed to be.

Broken down cars in the parking lot, one car up on Jack stands. Their was dried blood on the elevator walls, the bathroom was very outdated. Our bathroom fan sounded like a wind up toy. The carpet in room didn¿t look like it was vacuumed.

Had a decent rate for a last minute booking.

Whole building is supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled vaguely of weed. Carpet was not vacuumed, a scarf was left in our room, and the fire sprinkler was covered in caulking or something. Was too tired try to get a new room so just dealt with it.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Have stayed here before & will again, I'm sure. I didn't see even one bug in the place. Rooms were clean. We were permitted to check in early for a fee, which is lowered after 8 am. ~~ Senior couple.

My only minor complaint is that breakfast is not always heated well prior to being placed in the hot serving bowls (biscuits & gravy) and there's no access to a microwave in the dining room to heat it. However, they do offer a varied and good breakfast.

Location

I tore my leg open on a piece of a broken part of the bed frame. It cut me deep and it took an hour to stop the bleeding.

Convenient location

All the partying in the parking lot and the manager staff lie and tell you what you wanna hear to get you out of their hotel

Only positive thing I can say is they had availability during a business weekend.

Weed smell throughout the hotel, moldy smell in rooms (when you didn't smell weed). Fire alarm in a room was going off till 2:30am. A club is outside of the hotel, crowded parked in the hotel's spaces. The Police wouldn't even come to investigate either.

It was quick with no surprises like extra for pet, extra to park. Close to interstate and few places to eat.

Pretty pricey and in questionable location. Seems run downed but today its to be expected.

They had a room available

First floor rooms should not have open windows at 11pm at check in- female with daughter. Windows should be securely locked and not have access from the outside, especially if it shares a parking lot with a bar! Room smelled like a dirty wet dog.

The hotel room was not done. There was razor blade on the counter that could have harmed my children. The lamps had no bulbs in. We did not get the room we reserved, and the front desk pretty much told us to just deal with it.
