Room was very nice. Staff were very kind. Overall I really enjoyed and would probably come back.

Treadmill was not working in gym and my room was kinda loud. Lots of frequent shakes/ bumps from other people in the adjacent rooms moving around.

People were super nice, everyone who I interacted with was very helpful. ROom was super clean.

Location was just okay for me, parking was a little hard to navigate at times, but overall nothing major that I didn't like.

They didnt have 2 of the three double king rooms that we booked. They found 2 queen suites. Pool room was chilly

Very friendly staff and helpful. Room met our expectations. Breakfast seating was great. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping. Two elevators, lots of parking, hot coffee, frig/freezer, ice machine on our floor.

Pool was average. Breakfast was average. We had a slight problem with the billing and cost.

Hotel had a musty smell and showed its age. Pictures need updated and hotel needs a remodel

Chantelle ¿.manager when we arrived was very helpful. Location was perfect for our needs. Room conveniences were carefully planned¿.dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, dishes, desk lamps, and wheeled table for work space/ meals.

Fire alarm incident on May 13 nearly caused the hotel to be shut done. When the fire dept arrived, the desk clerk struck an attitude with the officer. He told her he could shut down the hotel. Her name is Mona Lisa.

There was 2nd charge in my credit card. I called and they corrected. It is hardship to check every time to make sure there is not a Double charge.

Friendly staff/convenient location

Pillow case was dirty (had to be taken to front desk to get another) and sheets did not appear to be changed.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The room was very clean.

The air conditioning unit was very loud, I had trouble falling and staying asleep. Breakfast was a cold grab & go bag. Other facilities were not open (pool, exercise room).

The bed and pillows were awful. The bed was very firm,like sleeping on a concrete slab. Pillows were super soft and provided no support or cushion.

Very clean and good comfortable beds. Very nice workers.

They were not friendly or accommodating to me, my 4 year old or my 2 dogs. Instead of asking me if I needed help with my hands full and leading my dogs on leashes, they just barked orders at me. I was rarely asked how my stay was going.

Staff was amazing when we needed to check in early. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful enough, they made it an enjoyable stay! Loved the saline pool as well. Location is great- tons of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.

Room was very nice. Spacious but cozy and the kitchen layout was great.

Check in time was 3pm and they did not allow for an early check in of 1:30pm. Is 1 1/2 hours really that big of a deal?

Bathroom was kind of weird, tv was small for size of room. Bed was smaller than expected. Joined rooms were weird too

We were very impressed with this hotel. We only stayed for one night on our way back home from a long road trip but it far exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very nice/friendly and the place was clean. Thanks again!

I truly enjoyed myself at this hotel. The amenities were nice. I had everything I needed. The staff was wonderful especially housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel tob hotel to friends and family.

Everything was great, the only recommendation would be to include more choices on the hotel breakfast. Plastic cups so that you can take orange or apple juice with you on the go.
