After driving over 8 hours I never got the room because they said I was not book so it left me out in the streets with all my grandchildren and no room and when I booked that room that room was over $--- for two night and I feel like I've been cheated

Everything. The sheets had been written on, were stained, burned a d filthy. The walls and doors had holes in them, the freezer was disgusting as was the refrigerator. The whole placed smelled like mold, and the place looked like it hadnt ever been cle

It gave me a space with a roof to stay so I wouldn''t get wet at night.

The shower didnt quit work right & water was always only cold. The elevator only worked sometimes, other times you had to get off early and take the stairs. The beds were absolutely terrible, when you sat on them it sunk very far down. Ceiling pieces f

The room and hotel are out dated. Room was not clean. Bathroom had mold comforter had blood stains on it the gym was filled with old tvs and Mattress. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

we initially choose this hotel because of its price, location and it was a trusted and nationally recognized name. we arrived later than expected so I didn't have time to deal with my initial concerns: big mistake.

we were behind schedule so I opted to address my concerns about the hotel when we came back from dinner. that was my first mistake. when we arrived back to the hotel and took a closer look the place was a wreck, dirty, stained etc...

Absolutely nothing

It was the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Almost left and slept in the car. Truly disgusting. I paid $---because it was the only place that had availability. I would have been upset if I paid $---

Everything! It was flooded and had major bedbugs! And they won't give me my money back even though I checked in, saw the room and checked out immediately! I had to sleep in my car and I'm over 6ft tall. I hate Motel 6 now!

Not one thing

Dirty, smelt of drugs, fried chicken and cat piss! Outlets don't work in rooms!! Inferred Cameras threw the whole hotel. No ice maker! Pillows were like paper plates just all around nasty!!

The room smelled like smoke. The bedding was old and stiff. AC wasn't turned on prior to our arrival so the room was really stuffy. Also not the best part of town.

Most disgusting motel I've ever stayed at. Bed, floors, and shower was filthy. Toilet and air conditioning were broken. Room smelled of smoke.

Worst place I have ever stayed at!!! NEVER stay at this dump!! The A/C didn't work and it was almost 90 outside. My bathtub didn't even drain.

The place was a dump!! The elevator had garbage on the floor and my room was filthy!! When I told the manager I need a new room he said, "What do you expect? This a Motel 6". Plus this hotel was in a horrible area, with cops in the lobby and parking lot.

i was not happy with my stay, the bathroom did not had no ceiling light, they put a floor lamp on the bathroom sink. there was bugs. the heater/air condition filter was filty, it will not close at all.there was no coffee made

If I could give this experience a negative - rating I would! I used booking.com and booked with a credit card and it was processed. I get there and was informed we had to pay $100 incidental as well so I used my debit card. After checking out my debit card was showing a pending account of the room total as well due to the “front desk manager” saying it was routed incorrectly on their end and basically told me I had to wait 3-5 business days to get that money back!! She also tried to blame it on the system and someone else when she was the same woman that checked me and my family in. I then spoke with the general manager over this inconvenience and she was trying to explain it wasn’t a mistake on their end when it definitely was; I have the proof on my bank account! Watch making reservations at this location.Not to mention when we got there the first room was so hot and they had to switch us then the next room we got was still not comfortable and we had to have maintenance in and out of our room multiple times to fix the system.. A family trip turned into a headache due to their mistake, never again.

The hotel has been remodeled and is very neat, clean and modern. Room had full fridge and freezer. AC worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not very nice, but it was safe and a great value. Less than 15 minute drive to Westerville for dinner and shops.
